Your room is completely furnished as well as the rest of the flat, including sheets, towels, hairdryer and biological shampoo. You will sleep on a comfy 140x200 meter mattress with extra large blankets. We live environmentally conscious and mainly use natural cleaning products (allergy friendly). There is also a waterfilter which provides delicious and clean water to refresh yourself.
Your flatmates: We are both german, a Health Coach and a Meditation Teacher in their mid 30s which are happy to connect if you like to. For sure we can recommend you some restaurants, cafès, bars and happenings in the area around.
The flat is located in a green neighborhood right in the middle of Friedrichshain, it's not too busy here but still not far from the hotspots. Its just a few footsteps away from Boxhagener Platz and Sonntagstraße, where you can find many leisure facilities, high quality cafés, great restaurants, takeaways, bars and clubs all within a 5-10 minute walk. Its also close to shopping, entertainment facilities, bio supermarkets, a farmers market on Saturday and some Flea markets on Sunday.
The flat is super close to public transport - a maximum 10 minute walk to the stops Ostkreuz or Samariterstraße. There are two Tram Lines and a Bus Line around the corner as well.

For two people we charge 5€ extra per night. If you wish to stay around 30 days we can talk about a discount.
If you just need a sleepover and want to stay for only one night it's double the price (50-60€ per night).
PLEASE NOTE: We don't rent the room longer than 4-6 weeks at them moment!
It might happen, that for some days we have a dog here that we take care of - it doesn't have access to your room tho.
