I'm posting this in English for non-German speakers, but both my roommate and I speak German.
My room will be available from December 17th, 2023, to February 17th, 2024. I'll be back for five days in January but would sleep on the couch in the living room during that time.
The room is spacious. The natural ilumination, however, is not so good, that is why got some supplementary illumination for the plants. The supplementary light is set for 8 hours daily, starting at 9 am, and automatically switches off. I'll kindly ask your help in keeping the plants alive and not unplugging the lights! Plants are quite low-maintenance and during winter would only need watering once every two weeks.
I can clear out the drawers (Kommode mit Schuhbladen), and you're welcome to use them. Additionally, if you need more storage, I can make space under the brown couch.
Warschauer Str! but in a side street so this is really quiet here night and night.
Connection to public transport is quite good: 2 Min to Tram, and 5-7 min to S/U-Bahn Warschauerstr. Got Berghain close by and RAW Gelände.
My roommate goes to the office but sometimes works from home, and you might bump into him in the mornings for a coffee. We've been friends for a while, and he's laid-back. He would be down for a talk and a beer, but he is also fine if you decide just going straight to the room.
The apartment features a spacious living room where we usually spend our time.
When we bring friends over, we usually check in with each other first in case some one has already other plans. If any issues arise, feel free to talk to him directly or text me, and I'll reach out to him.
Since there are just the two of us, we don't have a formal cleaning schedule. We try to clean up after ourselves every time.
The price comes with all of course: heat costs, electricity, GEZ, internet, etc.
