Hi there :)
Our WG is in the search of a new tenant for our small, cozy room! At the beggining would be for 1 year of contract with a possibility of prolonging it!
We are quite a chill WG who doesn't make any parties, we like to have peace and quiet in the place where we live and we want to keep it that way. I (Tea) come from Croatia and live in Berlin for 8 years already, 3 years in the current WG. I'm finishing my apprentice to become a dog trainer and hopefully I'll start to work again soon! Elle is coming from Ireland, she is living in Berlin for ca. 2 years and she is in this flatshare for 7 months. She is working as a waitress in a bar, mostly during the night hours. When we see each other we chat and do some catching up, but we don't hang out much, although we share a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the WG. The main WG language is English. We also have a WG WhatsApp group for communicating anything important in situations where we cannot talk in person.
There is no living room, just a small kitchen. The walls are quite thin as well, so we try to be mindful and respect the others around with not making unnecessary noise or inviting too many people over. The guests are, of course, allowed! But the flat has everything you need, comes with a WiFi and it is functional :) We have a cleaning schedule of course, and we take weekly turns in cleaning the flat. Nobody leaves the flat in a messy state, or leaving the dirty dishes in the kitchen, we are taking care that the flat stays in the good shape for the next person to use it. The room is quite small, with no direct sunlight coming, but you still get some light, and it stays nicely cool in the Summer, so no feeling like living in an oven during those hot Summer days :D
The room is rented unfortunately unfurnished. But the big pluses are the location (10 min walk to Frankfurter Tor, 25 min walk to Warschauer Straße), the low rent and the Anmeldung :) The flat is in the quite backyard so no street noise :)

2 mins away from the tram station "Strassmannstrasse" (M10), 10 mins from Frankfurter Tor (U5), 15 min from Landsberger Allee (S41, S42, S8, S85), 25 mins walking to Warschauer Straße (S3, S5, S7, S9, U1, U3). Everything withing walking distance.
We are 2 girls living there. We don't hang out much or see often, Elle is working a lot or being at her boyfriend's, I'm also spending a lot of time with my boyfriend.
We are still keeping a friendly atmosphere, and most importantly we are mindful and respectful of one another.
Please write a bit about yourself, what do you do and why do you think this WG would suit you. Since the main language in our WG is English, it would be a requirement if you also can speak English (doesn't need to be perfect), so we don't have problems with the communication!
