A beautiful 29m² room in an 89m² Altbau apartment building in Friedrichshain is available for short-term rent from November.

Dates and length of stay are flexible.

You will be sharing the flat with me, a cosmopolitan freelance artist.

The accommodation offers a beautifully furnished private room on the 3rd floor with a shared kitchen and bathroom.

The room is light and airy with high ceilings and beautiful large bay windows offering a pleasant view and tranquillity. It has wooden floor and is furnished with a bed (120×200), two armchairs, a small desk, a dining table and a drawer.

The kitchen is fully equipped (but no dishwasher).

The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.

Internet is included in the rent.

I look forward to hearing from you and you are welcome to come and have a look at the flat at any time.

The flat is located in a quiet side street with good public transport connections (U-Bahn, S-Bahn and tram). Just a 10-minute walk away is the lively Boxhagener Platz with its market and flea market at weekends, surrounded by many nice cafés, bars and restaurants

I am a cosmopolitan 41 year old freelance photographer/artist. I often travel for work or for sport (snowboarding / surfing). I like my home clean and tidy, value friendly interaction with honest communication and appreciate a good laugh together
