Room is cozy, 18m2 with a heated waterbed, smart lighting, comfortable desk, gaming chair, & home cinema.
Anything more to say than Friedrichshain? Within 20 min cycling you're through Fhain, Kreuzberg & Neukölln, Mitte (if you have to go there) & the city's best public transport station - Ostkreuz - is a 10 min walk. Sidenote: You trip once and stand in front of a bazillion clubs. Edeka, Lidl and Netto are around the corner, couple Spätis and the jazz.
You'll share the flat with Francisco (he/him 33, from Portugal) and Matthias (he/him, 28, German -Serbian). Don't let gender stereotypes fool you: We're genuinely organized and meticulously clean people with what we lovingly call cleaning solidarity norms. Matthias works from home in the creative industry and Francisco is trying to hold foot in the music industry. We're looking for respectful but laid-back people who we can also hang out with in the kitchen, our main socializing space. Oh, and did I make it clear enough that our top priority is that you're sparkling clean?
Needless to say, furniture will have to stay the way it is.
