I have a free room in fhain starting mid march for 6 months or longer if we get along well.

The room is part of a 3-bedroom apartment. You can see your potential room as well as the living room, the kutxhen and bathroom on it.

Except for the living room both bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are rather small, so for me its most importqnt that we get along well :)

Close to landsberger Allee/Petersburger strasse, Landsberger Allee and Strassmannstrasse.

Volkspark is 10 minutes away, public transport 7minutes
(M10,M5,M6M8& Ringbahn are all super close)
Super market also 5 minutes away

Love the area.. still friedrichshain but not too busy yet

I keep it rather quiet at home & like it when its clean and tidy. I am quite busy myself, doing sports, playing football or spending time with friends.

I prefer someone working at the moment with a regular schedule and who's relaxed but has both feet on the ground. I‘ve been thorugh my party phase in berlin and would love someone who is similarly focused on their life, uncomplicated and easy going at home.
