Despite being on the top floor, the apartment feels open and light-filled. The building is located in a super central area near Boxhagener Platz, just a few minutes’ walk to S+U Warschauer Straße, making transportation super easy.

Our apartment is located in a prime area of Friedrichshain, on Dirschauer Straße 10a, just around the corner from Boxhagener Platz. The neighborhood is lively but also has quiet corners, making it a great balance between energy and relaxation.
