I’m looking for a calm, respectful, and tidy (preferably) working professional woman to share my lovely 90sqm Dachgeschoss Maisonette (4.-5.OG ) flat with me. If you appreciate a peaceful home with a warm and friendly atmosphere where we can enjoy occasional shared moments but also respect each other’s space this might be the perfect place for you. :)
I am 31F working as an architect and unfortunately that means long work hours so I value a quiet and cozy home and not a party-WG. Since the flat is spacious and divided into two floors, it naturally offers plenty of room for both shared moments and personal space, making it easy to do our own thing when needed. I’m looking for someone who shares a similar mindset to build a home that feels welcoming, and comfortable for both of us. :)
