Die Lage der Wohnung ist großartig. Wir wohnen direkt neben dem Bersarinplatz, mit einer Edeka und Denns gleich um die Ecke, sowie zahlreichen Spät-Nacht-Shops, einer Pizza und asiatischen Snackbar, etc. Die U5 ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt (Bahnhof Frankfurter Tor) und die M10-Straße fährt direkt vom Bersarinplatz. Die S-Bahn-Station Frankfurter Allee ist auch nur zwei U-Bahn-Stationen entfernt. In 10 Minuten können Sie in der Warschauer Straße sein, wo es auch viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf dem Weg gibt. Der Boxhagener Platz liegt auch gleich um die Ecke.

The location of the apartment is great. We live right next to Bersarinplatz, with an Edeka and Denn’s just around the corner, as well as numerous late-night shops, a pizza and Asian snack bar, etc. The U5 is only a 5-minute walk away (Frankfurter Tor station), and the M10 tram departs directly from Bersarinplatz. The S-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee is also just two U-Bahn stations away. In 10 minutes, you can be at Warschauer Straße, where there are also plenty of dining and shopping options along the way. Boxhagener Platz is also just around the corner.

Sie würden mit zwei Mädchen leben, beide 27 und im Unternehmensbereich arbeiten :) Beide sind sehr offene, aktive und fröhliche Menschen, die oft unterwegs sind und gelegentlich Dinge gemeinsam machen. Ob Kaffee, Besuch von Flohmärkten, zu Festivals oder Tanz zu elektronischer Musik, etc. Natürlich ist alles optional, nichts ist zwingend – wir wollen nur sicherstellen, dass Sie an einer harmonischen gemeinsamen Lebenserfahrung interessiert sind, und vielleicht gibt es Möglichkeiten, etwas zusammen zu tun.

Unser gemeinsames flaches Leben ist kommunikativ und entspannt, aber jeder hat seinen eigenen Raum, und wir sind überlegen. Für uns ist „home“ ein Ort, an dem sich jeder wohl fühlen und sich entspannen kann. Deshalb suchen wir jemanden, der diese Ansicht teilt und hier langfristig leben will. Wir schätzen auch ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung und Sauberkeit, sowie überlegenes Verhalten zueinander :)

You would be living with two girls, both 27 and working in the corporate field :) Both are very open-minded, active, and cheerful people who are often on the go and occasionally do things together. Whether it’s having coffee, visiting flea markets, going to festivals, or dancing to electronic music, etc. Of course, everything is optional, nothing is mandatory – we just want to make sure that you’re interested in a harmonious shared living experience, and maybe there will be opportunities to do something together.

Our shared flat life is communicative and relaxed, but everyone has their own space, and we are considerate of each other. For us, “home” is a place where everyone should feel comfortable and be able to relax. Therefore, we are looking for someone who shares this view and wants to live here long-term. We also value a certain level of order and cleanliness, as well as considerate behavior towards each other :)

Wenn Sie sich wie uou fühlen könnte eine gute Passform sein, fühlen Sie sich frei, uns eine Nachricht mit einigen Informationen über sich selbst zu senden (Beruf, Hobbys, Interessen), ideal mit einem Bild oder einem Link zu Ihrem IG. Eine wichtige Sache zu erwähnen ist, dass eine Anzahlung von 1200 Euro zu Beginn des Einzugs fällig ist. Du wirst es selbstverständlich zurückholen, wenn du ausziehst. Zusätzlich würde es eine Buyout-Gebühr von 300 Euro für die Küche und andere Haushaltsartikel geben.
