I am lloking for a new flatmate and want to sublet a room (home sharing). The room and the whole flat is fully furnished, so you dont need to buy anything. The room also has a small chamber (5,5qm) which you can use as a walk-in-wardrobe (for example).. I am looking for someone who want to rent the room for longterm.

It's fully equiped:
- your room (28 sqm) fully equiped with a big doublebed , a wardrobe, chair, table etc.

The apartment is located in Friedrichshain. It's a very exciting district of Berlin. The apartment is close to S-Bahn and U-Bahn Station. A bus stop is directly in front of the house. In 15minutes you´ll be at Alexanderplatz.
The area around has many parks and nature areas, as well as trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, boutique shops, art supply stores, art galleries and museums.
Of course there is free high-speed wireless internet.
