Nice cosy room in the heart of Friedrichshain. We are lookin for an openminded, clean and friendly roommate for 4.5 months. People interested in living together and keeping the flat a nice place to live in rather than just having a cheap room are welcome to apply. We are three guys from Chile, Australia, USA (25-30yo) and mostly speak English at home (until our German / Spanish skills magically improve...). We like the usual stuff: travel, sport, going to festivals or clubs. Things are pretty laid-back here, we rely on the common sense. Sometimes we have a drink together or might cook once in a while but there are no obligatory board-game or Tatort-sessions.
We are open-minded (I know, everyone says that, but still...) and communicative and attach great importance to a friendly and social atmosphere where every flatmate looks forward to coming home. Definitely more than a purpose shared flat, but everyone should have their own freedom and privacy.
We’re looking for a nice and chill person around our age (mid 20s to early 30s). Please have a job. Students are welcome as long as they work part-time (this is not about money, but rather about the type of person we want to live with)
