Big silent and cosy room with private balcony. A large bed, study table and a huge cabinet for clothes/belongings with work table and chair.

The flat is located in the 2nd floor and can be reached by the stairs or elevator. We have a small garden and courtyard with dinning table for get togethers.

You will have one room of the apartment. I will be staying in the other bedroom room..

There is a large living room with a kitchen.

This place is ideal for someone who doesn’t have / own alot of things to move - for example you are not moving out of an unfurnished place and dont have to move many things / and dont want to spend on furnishing..

Arguably one of the best district to live in Berlin - heart of Friedrichain. With a huge selection of restaurants l, cafes and bars. To top it up you have weekend fresh food market on Sat and a flea market for second hand shopping on Sun, both reachable in 2 mins.

- 2 mins walk to the famous boxhagner platz.
- 5 mins walk to Ostkreuz station
- 5 mins S+U bahn Warschauer Straße.
- 15 mins to Mitte
- 2 mins walk to a Rewe and Aldi.

I am the guy in the picture, I’d say I am a good mix of introvert and extrovert. I am pretty easy going and friendly, easy to talk and have nice conversations, fun to be around, respectful and non intrusive. I am interested in food, fitness, start-ups and technology, and downtempo music.

I am looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, fun to hangout with and talk with, understands boundaries and communicates well and is non intrusive.

One hard requirement is cleanliness - especially the toilets, kitchen and common areas!

To make things easier - A cleaner comes every 2 weeks to clean the entire house - this is an extra charge thats shared by both of us. 35 per head per month. This saves time and cleaning biases and judgements.
