Großes Zimmer in einer schönen WG mit Garten und 2 Badezimmer

Dear potential flatmates :)

we're looking for a new, friendly, open, chilled flatmate for our 5ppl WG in Fshain.

We're currently 2 women and 2 guys (including one couple in the flat).
One of the flatmates might move out in next months, so it could be that this gender ratio is different in the future, since we don't have a strong preference towards flatmates gender (as well as your nationality, orientation ,etc. :)
we're tolerant, each of us is more or less left-wing and against all the -ism )

we're either working or studying/learning online, each of us comes from a different background - IT, HR, visual art/photography, UI design, bartending, etc.

half of us speak German (natives), but we're also open to internationals / English speakers :)

We're addicted to food /cooking / and during spring/summer hanging out outside in a park or trying some new restaurants.

our WG is probably not for an abstinent, because most of us like to have a drink, sometimes few times a week. As you can see on our random flat pictures, the corridor next to kitchen might look like we want to open a Späti ;)

Also worth mentioning: the flat is a little bit dark, since it's Hinterhaus Erdgeschoss.
and we sadly don't have any additional living room.

We are occasionally inviting eachother / hanging out outside (restaurant, demos, museums, exhibition, alternative gig, walk / biking / even grocery shopping during lockdowns could be one of the only shared activity haha), or having a chat in the kitchen, or once in a while one of us makes a WG meeting in their room, but majority of time it's a "Zweck-WG" and everyone spends their time individually, so you should be fine with that most of the days.

Our WG is perfect for an introvert or ambivert or someone who's rather busy :)

It's not a student or party-WG, which means no constant knocking on the doors or everyday cooking together and sharing all the groceries (although we don't mind doing it once in a while and were usually open to exchange / share some food etc.)

Sometimes everyone's sleep cycle/work/study schedule is completely different and we're mostly communicating via Telegram chat or when we come across each other in the corridor / kitchen.

We're balanced between cleaning and chilled atmosphere, bit of chaos, in general we prefer music than silence in the flat (for example any radio or playlist in the kitchen), honesty and communication over silence :)

Here nobody's starts a war if you skip one or two weeks of cleaning or leave few dishes unwashed.
But it would be great if our new flatmate would be a person which cares and noticing things around... We don't want to feel like we're running a non-profit hotel ;)
Cleaning some of the shared areas at least 1-2 times a month (flexible schedule or we could hire and split costs of cleaning, circa 25/30e per person per month) + noticing and doing tasks like emptying the trash bins, dishwasher once in a while would be great :)
