Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my spacious room! The move in date is on 15 of Jan, at the latest 1 of Feb. The trial period is until 01 of March then the long term contract can start (unbefriestet).
You will be sharing a flat with my roommate Fabrizio, he speaks English and Italian. He's friendly but also needs time alone so he will not bother you if you don't want to hang out. He also plans to move out soon so the other room will be available as well.
The room is very spacious and will be empty. I could leave a couch/desk/chair if needed during the subleting time 15.01-01.03. The longterm contract would start from 01.03 if you would like to stay in the room.
Everything you need is there, the apartment is fully equipped including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and espresso machine. Only the room is empty. The sound is very isolated so you can enjoy your freedom without worrying about the neighbors and also there are no comon walls between my room and Fabrizio's.
The area is very alive, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Also several big supermarkets, Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland, Rewe and also Biomarket with organic food is just 3 min away.
Visits are possible from 25.12.
