- Gesundbrunnen mall is 10 min. walk away
- Convenience stores, supermarkets and many places where to eat a few minutes away. The best Thai place in Berlin is a few min. away as well as good Korean food and Libanese, not to mention Türkish
- Two big parks, a swimming pool and a canal near by
- A lake located 15 minutes ride bike or 8 minutes by tram: check Plotzensee
- Non-smoker flat suitable for a clean, tidy and responsible person who has a full time activity (work or studies)
- No shoes inside, no subletting, no parties, no pets :)
- You'll be sharing the flat with Laura (working in the event industry), quiet, respectful and friendly. Open to doing activities together (exhibitions, …) if we both feel like it.
