The room is a bright, spacious place facing the garden. It has the S-Bahn behind the garden, most people say it's not disturbing and by far not as loud as most streets. But you should be aware of it if you are very sensitive.

I love my neighborhood! Right off Ostkreuz, you can reach the vibrant part of Friedrichshain BU fit but have a cozy calmer area to come home. We have all important stores for errands, a nice cooperative organics food store and one of the oldest organic ice cream manufacturers in former East Berlin here.

I like loving with other people, sharing your daily thoughts and experiences over breakfast or with a beer on the balcony. Due to non-conformist meal timings we may rarely share lunch but I am happy to prepare more for you and also appreciate it the other way round.

I need tidy spaces to repose from the busy city, so it would be great if you share the wish to have a carefully maintained and designed space
Of course them, most of the time life happens and i have cluddered corners and untidy moments too:) but if there is a general intention that would be a good fit.

Life changes faster then a week n no, hence this room is free a little unexpectedly. I have to figure out what I want to do with it that's why for now it's not available for longer, but if we get along well it might be.

Also I am looking for someone who is working, active and engaged, and somewhat my age.
