Hi,

I am offering a room in my apartment. I live with my 10-year-old son. I am a teacher. Our flat is located in front of Viktoria Park and next to Bergman Street. It is very central and has very nice parks around, and the neighborhood is very lively and friendly. We have another flatmate in another room who stays till first of August, but he might as well stay afterwards. The room has some basic furniture (the pictures show it right now, and we were using it as a living room). Our art stuff will, of course, be removed. I offer it only for 3 months first (it can also be started already from the 26th/27th of April). It can also be offered for a shorter period of time and start date of your wish if the room would be available then. If you are interested, I would be happy to read your message with a description of who you are, what your occupation is, and how your daily schedule looks. There will be an extra monthly pay of 20 euros per person (sonstige Kosten) for commonly used stuff in WGs, and we clean in turns, and each has a cleaning task (kitchen, bathroom, corridor, rubbish, and WG shopping) each weekend. This offer is basically perfect for someone who comes for a Praktikum or project in Berlin and needs a family-atmosphere place to stay. It is not at all for somebody who oftentimes invites guests or wants to have guests staying overnight for a long time or wants to party a lot.
