Bedroom (ca. 25m2) with access to shared balcony facing south in central Kreuzberg including canal view. Next to Admiralbrücke.Furnished with Bed, (1,20m), wardrobe, desk, couch (not on picture), Coffee table and shelf for your belongings. Furniture a bit different then you see in the pictures.
Big shared kitchen with dishwasher and couch. Great for cooking & communal hang out.
- NOT to person who works from home, since I do so myself and we need some space ;)
This is perfect for you if you like it central , clean and quiet with access to some green and the canal.
Building looks messy ("authentic Kreuzberg charme") but the apartment is great and the neighbourhood/Berlin/ Germany is safe

Great location! One of Berlins mpst popular areas. Close to the Xberg hotspots like Admiralbrücke (3 minutes), Kottbusser Tor (7 minutes) and Maybachufer, transport all night long. Cafes, Bars, market, gym etc. all walking distance.
By bike fast in the city center/Mitte.

I am working from home as a therapist specializing in Relationships and Gender. 2 days a week some clients come in, that should be ok for you - best you are in the office anyways ;)
With me a lovely dog lives here half the week <3 I am interested in all things psychology, the usual Yoga and dance, some rare club nights....
Nowadays I do like it rather quiet and relaxed at home. No parties in the apartment, crowds of visitors or anything like that. The atmosphere should be one of mutual liking, caring and respect. I get my occasional visitor and would let you know if somethinge bigger was planned.
Housekeeping is important to me, bit of a 'leave no trace' policiy. Once a week all common rooms are cleaned by a cleaner (thus 90 EUR are for cleaning)
Please indicate that you are aware that it is only temporary for know and how long you would like to stay. There is a long-term stay possibility if we turn out to be the perfect match.
There is flexibility with the dates, latest moving in 1st of September. End date to be discussed.
