This is an offer for a 3 months test living with the possibility to get a permanent contract.

The room is 19m2, fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, working desk and even plant :)) & the window goes to the backyard and not the street.
So you will get sun and the noise isn’t too bad!

With a red floor we are definitely unique in our own way.

Right at Moritzplatz which is the most central station of Berlin.

In 2 minutes at bus & u Bahn Station.

Grocery shopping is between 2-10 minutes depending on your preferences. We have a Turkish supermarket >1min, a bio dens in 1min & edeka & Lidl in 10 minutes walking directions.

I’m a startup founder who sometimes works from home, and when I’m not working, I love exploring new things—whether it’s catching up with friends, going out dancing, or trying something completely different. But I also value quiet time to recharge, so I spend time drawing, practicing yoga, and writing.

I set a 3 month testing period, as I believe in getting to know each other first is important. So this is no quick „Anmeldung“ option. I am genuinely interested in finding a long term roommate match which vibes.

After a 3 month test living we will decide if we make the next step of committing to a long term living situation.

I should also mention that I am welcoming to friends as I like to invite mine as well. But this isn’t a party place! Except the both of us agree to one :)
