The apartment is located in the second floor of a renovated old building in katzbachstraße. The room for rent is fully furnished with a double size bed, a spacious wardrobe, a desk with a chair, a sofa with a coffee table, an armchair and a TV. The room is lovingly furnished and has a nice door, parquet floor and high bright windows. The apartment has a built-in kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove with oven. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed to cook or prepare a Christmas cake! The bathroom is tiled and has a washing machine. Wifi, electricity, and cleaning common rooms are included in the rent.
For the room, you will have the spacious room all by yourself. The room is very bright with huge windows. I will leave the furniture in the room. The bed is very comfortable and has two large pillows. You will receive the room perfectly clean with new blankets and sheets.
Your will receive the apartment and the room fully furnished, and you only need to bring your suitcase and enjoy Christmas and New Year in Berlin, at the heart of Kreuzberg!
The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the most beautiful Park in Berlin: The Viktoria Park (pictures included at the end)! Since the flat is at the center of Berlin, it is very close to Christmas Markets!
Also, for those looking to explore the rest of Berlin, the apartment is conveniently situated less than 1 minute to the Bus station, and less than 4 minutes away from the U7 and S1, S2, S25, and S26 train lines, offering quick and easy access to the city’s extensive public transportation network. In addition, the area is very well-connected by numerous bus routes, making it a prime location for those who want to traverse the city with ease.
You have three young and lovely professional flatmates (two from Spain and one from France). If you had the chance to meet them during your stay, they are lovely! Note that most of the time the flatmates are not home, especially on Christmas, and thus, you might have the whole apartment by yourself!
Please note that this is a short-term rent of two weeks over Christmas and New Years. I am also flexible with the moving in and out dates!

The deposit is paid fully back immediately after the last day of rent.
