The apartment is located in the second floor of a renovated building in Katzbachstraße (Kreuzberg). The room for rent is fully furnished with a double size bed, a spacious wardrobe, two large sofas, a TV, a large desk with a chair, and a coffee table. The room is lovingly and newly furnished and has a nice door, high ceiling, parquet floor and high bright and sound-proof windows. I will leave the furniture in the room. You will receive the room perfectly clean, with clean blankets and sheets. So you only need to bring your suitcase!
The apartment has a built-in kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, and stove with oven. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed. The bathroom is large, with big windows and a washing machine. WiFi, electricity, and cleaning common rooms every week are included in the rent.
The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the most beautiful Park in Berlin: The Viktoria Park (pictures included at the end)! Since the flat is at the center of Berlin, it is very close to all central stations (2 stops away from Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstraße, Brandenburger Tor, etc)
Also, for those looking to explore the rest of Berlin, the apartment is conveniently situated less than 1 minute to the Bus station, and less than 3 minutes away from the U7 and S1, S2, S25, and S26 train lines, offering quick and easy access to all of Berlin.
You have three young and lovely professional Spanish flatmates. If you had the chance to meet them during your stay, they are lovely!
