The two-floor apartment is located in a quiet and sunny backyard of a Neubau in Kreuzberg. Underfloor heating is an extra plus for the cold days.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Kreuzberg, just opposite to Görlitzer Park. It is only two blocks away from the Maybachufer Canal - 5 minutes on foot to La Maison, known for some of Berlin’s best croissants :)
There are plenty of cute bars and restaurants on walking distance.
Supermarkets: Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Lidl, as well as sustainable options like Original Unverpackt and Sattva Bioladen.

I will be traveling all March, so you will have the whole apartment for yourself.
The other month you will share this apartment with me and Ozzy, my rescue dog and self-appointed king of the house. He’ll instantly declare you his best friend if you offer him treats – it’s his love language.
My work is quite flexible, so you’ll find me working from home, a coworking space, or outdoors.
At home, I cook vegan meals but have no problem if you’re not – I just ask for mindfulness in shared spaces. I keep the apartment clean and tidy, but I’m not extreme about it – I totally get that life gets busy sometimes.
I enjoy socializing and would love to occasionally cook together, watch a movie on the beamer, or go out. That said, I also value my alone time to recharge, and I hope you do too :)
I’ve put a lot of care into making this apartment a cozy and inviting space, so I’m looking for a flatmate who will respect and appreciate it as much as I do. Ideally, someone who’s clean, considerate, and enjoys both social moments and personal downtime.
