Hi, I'm moving out of my room in Bergmannkiez and am looking for a girl to take over my room. The room comes furnished with all the furniture shown in the pictures. The room faces the hinterhof so it's super quiet at night.
You would be sharing the apartment with Gabriela, she's a lovely person working in game design. The room would best suit someone who is also working, ideally mostly from their office, but working from home is also possible.
The apartment is located in Bergmannkiez, a great area in Kreuzberg with lots of nice bars, cafés and restaurants, and very close to the viktoriapark, hasenheide, and tempelhofer feld.
Rent includes all bills (heating, electricity, internet, etc.) and anmeldung is possible :)
Bergmannkiez is a great area to live in. The marheineke martkhalle is just across the road, and Bergmanstrasse has many restaurants, cafes and shops. The closest Ubahn is gneisenaustrasse (2 min walk), but mehringdamm is also a 10 min walk away. The netto and edeka are a 5 min walk away, the edeka is even open until midnight so no stress about doing groceries.
You will have one flatmate which is Gabriela, she's a very nice and clean person. She usually works from the office, but works from home once a week. It is a chill and tidy house share, no big parties, but obviously very fine to have friends over for dinner/drinks. The whole flat is fully furnished and the kitchen includes a dishwasher! The flat is non-smoking.
