Beautiful newly renovated penthouse apartment with a lot of natural light coming from large windows and sun lights. The apartment is located at the heart of Kreuzkölln, close to cozy cafés, delicious restaurants, Hasenheide park and a skip and a hop away from the canal. The location is also convenient as it’s a very short walk to the U8 & U7 metros and multiple bus lines.
The apartment has two separate bed rooms, a toilet, a separate bathroom and a large living room & kitchen space, which is the heart of our home. The room is furnished with a closet, desk and a mattress and the house has all needed appliances.
You’ll be sharing the flat with bubbly 32-year-old friend Ewa. She’s easy-going and happy to show you around. We enjoy a rich and vibrant life so visitors are welcome to make use of our two sofa beds too.
We’re looking for a warm and responsible person to share the space with Ewa. We’re very accommodating and want you to feel at home in the apartment.
