This is a spacious room (25m2) with a bed, a sofa convertible into bed, a desk and storage space. I left my belongings in the room but I made space for yours in the wardrobe and cupboard. There is a monitor on the desk that can be used for work from home.
There are 2 bathrooms in the flat (you will share one with 2 flatmates) and you have access to everything in the kitchen, including washmachine, dishwasher and dryer.
There is possibility to park your bike in the innenhof.
This is a well-connected area with Ubahn U5 and U6 at the Mehrindamm U-station (3min walk). The flat is close to Bergmannkiez, with a lot of cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The flat is also close to Viktoriapark, Gleisdreick Park and Tempelhof.
This is a relaxed and friendly english speaking WG of 5 persons. We enjoy spending time together in the flat and outside (bar, gym...), but also have an understanding of everyone alone time. Most are working daytime so no late nights or noices during weekdays.
You will share the flat with Gus (Australian, 27,M), Josh (Irish, 29, M), Emily (English, 26, F), Alima (Kirghiz, 22, F).
No anmeldung possible. The price includes amenities (energy, water, internet...) and is my usual rent. The landlord is aware of the sublet.
