I am looking for someone between 29-40 who’s clean and respectful to sublet a beautiful room (unfurnished) from the 01.08.2024 till approx. 31.12.2026 (optionally longer), with the option to extend after that time. The rent is 570€ per month.
It’s in a cosy WG centrally located in the lovely Kreuzberg neighbourhood, 1 minute away from the U7 (Südstern), at walking distances from Bergmannstr., the Landwehrkanal, Hasenheide Park, Hermannplatz, Gräfestraße and Tempelhoferfeld.
The room is approx. 16m2, cozy, very sunny and comfortable and is part of a 170m2 beautiful Altbau flat with a big kitchen/dining room, living room, bathroom, as well as two balconies and a huge attic for storage.
You would be sharing the place with my 3 nice and international flatmates. It’s a very chill, peaceful, clean and respectful WG, where English and German are spoken.
- No shorter term/ no couples/ no pets.
- Anmeldung possible.
- The deposit is 812 EUR.
For the finalization of the contract we need:
