We are offering a cozy room in our happy and welcoming home. The room is usually my office and features a fantastic futon couch/bed, an adjustable electronic desk, a Smart TV, satellite TV, air conditioning, and more. It is filled with natural light and faces the southern sky.
You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly flatmate, so it's important to maintain good communication and a respectful atmosphere.
The location is fantastic – a supermarket, pharmacy, parks, and a canal are just around the corner, making daily errands and outdoor activities super convenient.
We are looking for a responsible person who can take care of the apartment while we are away. If this sounds like the perfect place for you, feel free to reach out! 😊

From our location, you can easely get anywhere in town.
It is also the most comopolitan part of the city.
Canal and green area one block away.
Some open air sport area also around the corner.
We are going to be away and you and someone else will be taking care of the apartment and having a good time in Berlin while my partnet and I are travaling around the world.
We will be back from time to time from our trip to visit you, but most of the time it will be only two of you in the apartment and not four of us.
