Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock einer Doppelhaushälfte. Es hat ca 10m2 und einen Blick auf den Garten. Es ist frisch renoviert und unmöbliert. Es gibt zusätzlich ca. 55 m2 Gemeinschaftsfläche, außerdem eine Terasse und einen großen Garten.
The room is in the 1st story of a house. Its roughly 10m2 and has a view of the garden. Its just been renovated and not furnished. There's also roughly 55m2 common living space as well as a terrace and a big garden.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße der Malteserstraße in Lankwitz, in der Nähe des Geo Campus der FU. Die Straße hoch fährt der X83, etwas weiter entfernt der 283 und der M82, nachts auch der N81 und in ca 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad kommt man zur S2. S25/26 sind mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, es wohnen viele Familien und ältere Menschen in der Gegend.
The house is in a small street off the Malteserstraße in Lankwitz, close to the Geo Campus of the FU. At the end of the street is a bus stop for the X83, a bit further away are stops for the 283 and the M82, at night you can catch the N81 and the S2 is 5-10 min by bike. The S25/26 is a bit further away, roughly 10 min by bus. Its a very quiet neighborhood, there's lots of families and older people around.
Die WG ist eine Neugründung und wir suchen noch unsere*n letzte*n Mitbewohni. Ein paar Infos zu uns wären z.B. Takeshi kannten wir vorher auch nicht und sein Kontakt wurde von einer Freundin weitergeleitet, die mit ihm debattiert. Er und Lu haben darüber gebonded, dass beide gerne Handarbeiten wie stricken und häkeln und beide Bezug zur klassischen Musik haben, da er Geige und Klavier und Lu Cello spielt. Piet und Lu kennen sich schon länger, aber sie sind sich auch über ein Musikprojekt näher gekommen, er spielt Schlagzeug und ist auch interessiert an Musikproduktion. Wir alle spielen gerne Spiele, sowohl Gesellschaftsspiele als auch mal Mario Kart oder andere Videospiele und haben sehr Freude dran nicht nur so ne Zweck WG zu sein sondern auch zusammen Dinge zu unternehmen, mal zusammen zu Kochen oder Spieleabende oder so zu machen.
The flat share is a new foundation and we are still looking for our last roommate. Some information about us would be e.g. we didn't know Takeshi before and his contact was forwarded by a friend who debates with him. He and Lu bonded over the fact that they both like handicrafts such as knitting and crocheting and both have a connection to classical music, as he plays the violin and piano and Lu plays the cello. Piet and Lu have known each other for a longer time, but they also bonded over a music project, he plays drums and is also interested in music production. We all like to play games, both board games and sometimes Mario Kart or other video games, and we really enjoy not just being a flat share but also doing things together, cooking together or having games nights or something.
Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und hat neue Einrichtung in der Küche, im Bad und auf der Toilette. Es gibt im Erdgeschoss zwei große Gemeinschaftsräume (ca. 55m2), eine Küche, eine Toilette und den Zugang zur Terasse. Im ersten Stock gibt es drei Zimmer, zwei davon bewohnt von Takeshi und Piet. Unter dem Dach ist das letzte Zimmer, in dem Lu wohnt. Im Keller gibt es zwei Räume, die mitgenutzt werden können, auch die Waschmaschine steht hier. Der Garten ist teilweise auch unsere Verantwortung. Es gibt eine abschließbare Garage, wo Fahrräder untergestellt werden können.
The house is freshly renovated and has new appliances in the Kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet. On the ground floor are two big common rooms (roughly 55m2), a kitchen, a toilet and the terrace. On the first floor are three rooms, two of which are occupied by Piet and Takeshi. Lu lives in the last room under the roof. In the cellar are two rooms for shared use, the washing machine is also down there. The garden is partially our responibility as well. There is a garage, where you can safely store your bike.
