PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE WRITING TO ME :)

Hi guys,
I have a room to rent for the month of January and possibly also February if you are interested.

The room is fully furnished: bed, table, chair, wardrobe, cupboard. It's very comfortable and cosy, perfect for a student or in the meantime while looking for something long term.

The flat is located next to
*the tram station M13,M16,M21 Möllendorffstr./Storkower Str.
*the tram station M8 Roederplatz.
*15 mins walk to S-Bahn Storkower Str.
* 20 mins to S+U Frankfurter Allee.

Right next to the building there are 2 supermarkets REWE and LIDL.
The area is safe and quiet, from your widow you will have the view for a school playground.

Your roommates will be 2 super nice girls, that are students in Berlin. The language that we speak in the WG is mostly English. We have a common kitchen and bathroom as well as small living area with the coach and dining table. We respect our privacy but like to hang out in the common areas from time to time for an interesting chat or cooking together!

We try to keep the apartment as clean as possible so every week one of us has a turn to clean the common areas. We are looking for someone for whom it's also important to live in a tidy, clean and cosy environment.
