We’re looking for a new flatmate starting 1st of December

Public transport nearby:

10 minutes to Alexanderplatz
Rewe, Edeka and Netto are very close by, plus some Spätis and nice bars and restaurants.
People currently living in the flat are:
-Me :) I’m Luca, I’m 27 and I’m from Italy. I’ve just finished writing my Master’s thesis and am currently working in a restaurant part-time. I’m keen on languages, social and political issues, and enjoy trying out new stuff all the time
-Annika, German-American and 24y.o., just started her PhD and in her free time does a lot of sport and likes journaling or hanging out with friends
-Niamh, from Ireland, 25 y.o., also just started a PhD and also likes to live a busy and active lifestyle as well as sip tea and read a book in the evening
We all value our own personal space as well as sharing time together in our cozy common area; we all cook regularly so it’s easy to find ourselves chatting there ☕️ 🫖
I’ve been living in the flat for more than a year and a half, but Annika and Niamh have both very recently moved in so it feels like a fresh start for everyone, which is resulting in a great opportunity to build a new shared flat environment. For this reason, it’s also important for us to find a fourth person who we can do this with just as comfortably and especially who’s planning a longterm stay :)
