The room is part of a two-bedroom flat in Beusselstraße Berlin. The flat is quiet and recently renovated.
The monthly rent includes heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, municipal fees and new bed linen.

Furnished, Fully equipped kitchen.
I am looking for a

roommate, who uses the flat as a place of retreat to recharge the batteries. This is not a party flat.
Location & Public transport
The flat is located in Moabit, the western part of Mitte.
Various public transportation opportunities are close to the flat, including:
S Beusselstraße (S41, S42), Turmstr./Beusselstr. (M29, 106, 123)
All big universities can be reached within 40 mins.
TU main building door to door: 20 mins (10 by bike 😊)
Beuth door to door: 20 mins
HU main building door to door: 25 mins
HU economics building door to door: 30 mins
Hotspots like Zoo (14 mins), Kudamm (16 mins) and Friedrichstraße (22 mins) are also close by.
Roomie:
Your future roomie has experience in shared living for more than 4 years. He finished his M.Sc. in economics and works for a think tank. He speaks German and English fluently.
Your roomie is quite busy with university and work. Nevertheless cooking together or an interesting conversation with a glass of wine or coffee is always possible.
House rules:
Smoking, pets, musicians or couples are not allowed. The flat is a retreat. Thus, if you want to party or host friends, do not apply please.
Available for students and interns. Exchange students are most welcome.
The monthly rent is 700€ all included but cleaning utensils.
There are a move in and move out fee of 150 Euro, which are deducted from the deposit.
