The room and the Apartment is full equiped There is 2 fridges, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, robot vacuum, coffee machine, juicer... you have a 55 inch smart TV in the room with Netflix ... the room is 28sqm and mainly furnitured u have a compfortable boxspringbed 140 x 200 cm and a seperate small wadrobe room. the apartment has a huge kitchen 24 SQM and 2 toilets (1big bathroom and a seperate toilet). 4 bedroom apartment.
most important for us is someone clean and respectful we don't like to have messy people in the apartment...

Really central close to S Bahn, U Bahn, Tram and buses Moabit is close to Kudamm and Central station.
A big Mall is close by as well and groceries like aldi, rewe, penny are really close. many turkish stores in the area and allkind of restaurants you can imagine.
We all get along really well but we don't do often stuff together (We all have different schedules)
Most important is to be clean. We have a cleaning schedule and you have to stick to the plan if you want to move in. We are not a party flat but from time to time we drink a beer together
There is a big park close to the apartment also a lake for swimming. Several gyms in the area, so moabit is an area where you find everything. Bars, Pubs, and some clubs as well.
