As I am going abroad for internships I would like to sublett my cozy room with private bathroom and balcony.
Your potential new "flat":
Your space is bascially a small little flat within a WG. It faces the backyard and is therefore really tranquil.
It is devided from the rest of the apartment by a small hallway. You will have your own little hallway, bathroom, room and balcony.
The room is around 18 squaremeters, completely furnished and has a spacious balcony with table and chairs and an other small other french balcony (perfect for planting tomatoes in summer). You have sun in the afternoon on both balconies.
The bathroom is spacios (around 10 squaremeters) and besides the washing machine just for your use. (There is another bathroom the others use)
About the flat:
Spacious and very nice furnished kitchen-living room area, with a dishwasher;). Our cozy-space perfect for cooking and relaxing together on the sofas.
The flat is located in the heart of Moabit. It is a quite green area with a small park right in front. There are many nice Cafés around.
The flat has good connection to public transport. It is a 8 minutes walk to U9 Birkenstraße and a 10 minitues walk to Turmstraße, 12 mins walk to Ringbahn (Beusselstraße or Westhafen). Edeka ist just next doors.
Who we are:
We are a WG of young professionals/ students about to finish uni soon.
Anna (me) 27 year old student that is leaving for internships.
Yui is a 28-year-old dancer and artist from Japan. She loves cooking delicious Japanese foods, spending time outdoors, going for walks, and exploring Berlin. She is currently learning German and speaks English and Japanese.
Marleen is 25 years old and working and about to finisth her Master studies next year. She likes to discover new places in Berlin and knows the best spots for good coffee in town. She loves to travel and has seen half of the world. She speaks German, English, and Spanish.
We are looking for someone who enjoys sharing a nice life with us but is also has their own life and activities outside the flat (work, study, etc.).
It would be nice if you could write something about yourself and if you have any experience with living in shared flats. As good vibes and atmosphere in the WG is very important to us we would love to get a first impression about you.
Sorry to everyone not female, we are just allowed to sublet to females from our landlords side.
Probably there is possibity to extend the contract as I might do another internship abroad.
