I’m renting out a room in my beautifully furnished 2-room apartment in Moabit. Your room is well-designed, west-facing, bright, and even comes with its own balcony (yay!). As it is being sublet furnished, you won’t need to bring or buy furniture during your stay. The sofa shown in the pictures will be replaced with a cozy sofa bed that doubles as a seating area during the day. The room also includes a table with chairs and a sideboard, offering plenty of storage for your clothes and other belongings. Bathroom and kitchen are shared and fully equipped with everything you need. There’s also a washer-dryer available for you to use, along with an ironing board, iron, etc. The apartment is on the third floor and easily accessible via an elevator.
The apartment is very central and well-connected (just a few minutes to Hauptbahnhof, S-Bahn Bellevue, U Turmstraße, or S-Beusselstraße). Just a stone’s throw away is the Schultheiss Quartier, which has a large supermarket, fitness studio, and everything else you might need. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, and if you’re looking to enjoy some nature, you can take a lovely stroll along the Spree River, admire Schloss Bellevue along the way, and relax in the beautiful Tiergarten.
I currently work in a tech company and will be taking a small break in the new year. Because of this, I’ll be traveling a lot, so you’ll likely have the apartment to yourself for extended periods. During the time we share the flat, I’d be happy to cook and enjoy meals together, grab a drink, or join in on other activities. Everything is a can and not a must and as much as you enjoy your space I probably do too :)
A bit about me: I’m 34 years old, german, quite experienced with shared living, open, communicative, sporty, well-connected in Berlin, and I always enjoy meeting new people. If you are new to the city I am happy to provide you with great tipps and show you some really nice places.
