Hi there!!!
I’m leaving Berlin for the whole month of march so my room in this nice wg is available for that period (1st of march until 31st of march)(I can be a bit more flexible about the dates, don’t hesitate to write me about that).
You would be living with the lovely Milena (a future dentist apprentice, 25) and Khaled (filmmaker and freelancer, 40)!
The bedroom is really cosy, quiet and sunny as much as is the rest of the flat.
The wg is really chill and cosy, you feel easily at home. It is also really well equipped with everything you need (washmachine, dishwasher, air fryer, huge tv, etc). The kitchen is open on the living room and we also have a balcony to enjoy the sun waking up.
You’re mainly only sharing the bathroom with Milena as Khaled has his own toilet.
The whole apartment is 104 m2 and the room you would sublet is 15m2.
There is a bus coming just in front of the building, the u9 and tram m10 are both 8min away and the sbahn 10min away so we are pretty much well connected.
There is shops like Edeka and penny and also a big shopping center with a kaufland, all of them 5min away from the wg.
