I'm looking to sublet my room in a large, fully equipped apartment in Moabit from October 2nd for 6 months.
**Apartment Details:**

- **Location:** Moabit, 10 minutes to Hauptbahnhof, 15 minutes to Ku'damm, and 10 minutes to the University.
- **Transport:** Excellent public transport connections, including S-Bahn, U-Bahn, 5 bus lines, and a new tram line nearby.
- **Amenities:** The neighborhood offers plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes.
**Room Details:**
- **Size:** 40 sqm
- **Furniture:** Massive wooden furniture, including a king-size boxspring bed (180 x 200 cm).
- **Equipment:** 55-inch smart TV, two fridges, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, robot vacuum, coffee machine, juicer. Everything you need is here, except for bedsheets and pillows.
- **Extras:** Access to a private rooftop with camping chairs and a small barbecue—a perfect spot for relaxing in the summer.
**About the Apartment:**

We follow a cleaning schedule, with each room responsible for cleaning the common areas every 4 weeks. Cleanliness is a must in this WG. We all work and have different schedules, so it's not uncommon to go a few days without seeing anyone.
