Hello Berlin! This beautiful room with high ceilings in a large Altbau apartment in Neukölln is available to sublet from 1 April (earlier move-in date possible if needed). Your living space is 24 + 50 = 74m2. The room has a balcony overlooking a green area so there is plenty of natural light. Even though you are in the middle of bustling Neukölln, you feel like you are in a calm oasis. The furniture in the apartment is currently TBC (we will adjust depending on who moves in).
The flat is in the best location in Berlin:

You will be living with one other amazing flatmate Maura from Ireland:
"I'm Maura, i graduated from textile design in Ireland, now living in Berlin a few years working in social media marketing. In my spare time i go to the gym, go to evening classes, watch movies or go out to meet friends/my partner. I work from home but am out approx 3 days a week and sometimes a few weeks at a time so you often have the entire flat to yourself. Would love a clean, friendly, respectful roomate to share our comfy chill WG."
The rent is 970 euros all inclusive (this is because the flat is very large and you are sharing with only one other person who has a small room). Registration/Anmeldung is possible if you are interested in staying longer than 3 months 😊
