I am renting out a furnished room in my spacious apartment anywhere between January and April. Exact dates are totally flexible.
This is perfect for someone visiting Berlin, in between apartments or here for a program/residency of some sort. ***REGISTRATION NOT POSSIBLE***
1 full bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, an office, full kitchen, living room and balcony - plus plenty of storage space.
The room is appx 12m2 with direct access to a loggia/balcony. Shade and curtains are provided.
The bed is 140x200, three pillows, and a 200x220 duvet. Hypoallergenic bed linens and towels are provided.
The bedframe frame has enough suitcases or boxes underneath for storage.
A modest metal wardrobe is there to hang clothes
A dresser with 6 drawers

The office is equipped with an electric desk with a monitor (including HDMI cord) and chair
There is a guest's half bathroom directly by the room and a full bathroom with a tub + shower and new washing machine.
There is a full kitchen, small fridge, plenty of cupboard space, dishwasher, and handmade ceramic dishware.
The living room is cozy and chic: mustard velvet couch, walnut oak dining table, bouclé chairs, Smart TV for Netflix/Amazon Prime.
A spacious balcony with three chairs and a table if you wish to read or relax outside.

A bit about myself:
I’m 31, Black, Queer, a Digital Marketer by profession. I’ve worked remotely from home (or while traveling) since 2020 - hence the home office. I’ve lived in Berlin for 7 years.
I like to cook, hike in the forest, sometimes have friends over for little activities like drawing, herb mixing, puzzles, games.
I am usually tidy but not over the top. My room is often disorganized but I’m always keen on shared space being neat and at for the next person, such as the kitchen for instance.
I do not smoke tobacco and I don’t mind smokers on the balcony. I do however smoke marijuana regularly, just an fyi.
I am very sensitive to smells thus fresh air, herbs, incense, or candles are must - incase you have an issue with scents.
I do love to sing aloud and play music when I’m doing home workouts or cooking.
Overall I am looking for someone who is considerate and also can speak up about their needs given that it would be a temporary shared space. We should all feel at home :)
