This 3 room spacious flatshare is available for renting to one person.
It is in an apartment where 90% of the time the other flatmate, myself, is not present.
Therefor you will have the big bedroom with a balcony, and the living room/office, almost completely to yourself.
It consists of three big separated rooms situated to the east and to the west, your bedroom comes with a big balcony. Trees are surrounding the house from both sides, so you can enjoy the space without anybody looking into the apartment.
This house has an amazing daylight from both sides (east & west) and is situated in a green area of Neukolln, near Körnerpark. You have a view of trees from each window. It is surrounded by parks in a surprisingly peaceful part of Neukölln. Hidden gem, really.
The rooms come furnished with everything necessary. A double bed, sofas, large working desk, a monitor, clothes hanger, shelf, a couch, a huge drawer unit and a lot of plants.. Also painting stand for your creative moments. The bathroom is renovated and features a nice bath. There is a new Siemens washing machine. The internet is 100Mbps and with the big desk and a monitor, which makes it a good place for work. Kitchen is well equipped and everything is good for living right away.
There's a regular cleaning service coming over approx. every 2 weeks cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and the floors.
The flat is on the 3rd floor of the building.
The flat is in very nice neighborhood of Neukölln. Parks are from both sides of the building, there are trees in front of each room's windows. On one side of the building there's Kornerpark, on the other Thomas park. You can also walk to Temeplhof in 15 min.
The location in Neukölln is very convenient - many cafes, food shops and späties are around. Beautiful Körnerpark with a great Orangerie is right next to the house. A bakery is just around the corner, supermarkets as Real, Penny, Kaufland are in the neighbourhood.
U & Sbahn connection is great.
Ubahn Karl Marx Str (U7) is 5 min away, U&S ring bahn Neukölln is 9min and Ubahn Leinenstr (U8) is 9 min by foot.
Thanks to Ring bahn and the other Ubahn connections you can be on the other side of the city conveniently quickly.
I am the flatmate, living in another bedroom.
Most of this time period I will be traveling for work and will stay out of town. I will only be present here for few days in November.
Therefor the flat will be solely for yourself cca 90% of the time.
I am looking for a respectful, nice person to live in the flat and treat it like home.
You need to be neat, keep the house clean and take care of the plants.
This is a temporary lease and for this short period, no Anmeldung/Registration is possible.
The apartment is available from Sept 21 until the spring next year. The dates are flexible.
The rent is inclusive of a cleaner that comes approx fortnightly to clean common areas. No pets, no-smoking indoors is allowed. You can smoke on the balcony.
