Temporary renting my room in Reuterkiez between 13/11 and 13/1.
Shared with Ismael, a mexican artist and chill person. He is usually working and not around a lot, so you'll hardly notice that you're living with someone else.
The building is located 1 block away from Hermannplatz, between Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx str., and although is a busy area, it's still a quite street and it's hard to imagine while being in the apartment or inner yard of the building that you are where you are.
The room comes with a desk, a sofa-bed, chairs, a huuuge bed (180x200) and some nice plants (that would very much appreciate getting watered during my abscence)
-I am looking for someone who can stay for the whole period (anmeldung is not possible).
-The apartment is shared with only one person and the rooms are separated.
The apartment is on the first floor, the room is bright and spacious (16m2) and comes as shown in the pictures
Price: 570eu x month all included (+deposit of 350eu)
The apartment is around the corner oh the Hermannplatz u-bahn station, having access to U7 and U8 lines.
Tons of buses also available, I can think of 194, M29, M41, N7, N8
