Hey you!
From January 12 to February 11, 2025, we’re looking for a new temporary flatmate for our 3-person WG in Neukölln (Warthestraße). We live in a 108 sqm apartment with high ceilings, wooden floors, large windows, and a huge balcony facing a park. Most importantly, it is our home and should become yours, too, even if temporarily!
All of us (Sophie (34), Jana (31) & Aliona (whose room may be your new temporary home) have our jobs and social life in Berlin, meaning we’re living a kind of “mature” WG life and value some calmness, cleanliness and a self-reflected way of taking care of each other and treating each other with respect and openness but also a sense of humor.
The vacant room is 20qm in size and has 2 large windows.
The apartment is located right between Tempelhofer Feld and U+S Hermannstraße. Both Hermannstraße and Leinestraße are 2 minutes walking distance away. From there, you are super well connected to U8 and Ringbahn, which brings you basically anywhere. The location is special because it’s central, though quite calm as it’s near the park (Prinzessinnengärten, an urban gardening collective).
About Sophie: I have been working in non-profit organizations and social businesses since 2015, with a passion for helping organizations and teams to develop their impact, especially towards the climate crisis. Recently, I started my own business and work as a Systemic Coach. I love being in nature, hiking & camping, a stroll through some festival magic, and anything that connects body & mind (dancing, breathwork, meditation). My day often starts with raw cacao or the early morning dew at Tempelhofer Feld.
About Jana: I’ve moved to Berlin a year ago and am still curious about exploring the city, getting to know new spots and people. I work as a medical doctor and enjoy running, playing volleyball and meeting my friends over dinner and card games in my free time. I really like coffee dates on Sunday afternoons, being in nature for hiking or snowboarding, and observing Sophie and Aliona how they take care of the plants in our flat with an immense amount of passion.
About you: Please tell us a little about yourself, for instance along some of the following questions:
What are your expectations for sharing an apartment?
How do you spend your time?
What do you value both in life in general and in communal living specifically?
We’re excited to get to know you! Please add “doorbell” to your reply, so we know you’ve read this text to the end.
All the best,
Sophie, Jana & Aliona.
