The room is roughly 14 square meters. It comes unfurnished but you will have to buy the bed from the old tenant for 70€

Anmeldung possible.

Pets are not allowed anywhere in the appartment.

The kitchen is small and there is no living room but the house is cosy.

The flat’s language is English, so please write your message in English.

7 minute walk to the S-bahn ( Ring) and U7 Neukölln station.
All kinds of shops, restaurants, pharmacy, gyms, parks etc around.

The neighbours are very nice and will not hesitate to keep your package for you.

You will be living with a girl from Tunisia and other from Ukraine.

Our landlord speaks only German and is specifically asking for female renters. The price of the room will be roughly 460 Euros excluding radio and internet (roughly 20 euros extra monthly)
6 months minimum stay with the opportunity to extend if all is good.

We prefer that you are clean but not toooo strict. Things get messy sometimes, we're all busy, and we would like it to stay flexible, but not extreme in any direction. So it will be pretty normal to find dishes overnight or crumbs that might not be taken care of immediately.

We share dishes and utilities (home appliance, spices, ice cream) and I would prefer someone that likes sharing to keep the harmony in the wg :)

We like having friends over pretty much and sometimes friends stay over, but this is not a party WG. We like to play music while cooking or in our rooms, however we are respectful of each others schedules by communicating.
