Hey, my cozy room in Schillerkiez (1 min away from Tempelhofer) will be free for the holidays. Its a cozy room with a double bed, desk, extra screen in case you need to do homeoffice, projector to watch movies, and a comfy sofa to watch those movies.

NOTE: Its a GROUND FLOOR. I know this is not an option for some people, so make sure to take this into consideration.

You would have the entire flat for yourself for the first week approx. and will then share it with my super nice flatmate, a super sporty and easy going girl.

The apartment is super centrally located, 7 mins walking to U8 Leinestraße or 10 mins walking to the M43.
Right next to Tempelhofer Feld and a lot of cute coffee places, bars and restaurants.
Even if it´s a ground floor, it is a very quiet street so you wont hear anything at night .

The first week you will have the full apartment for yourself.
For the second week you will share the place with my flatmate. She is usually very busy doing sports or working, so unfortunately you might not see her very often at home, but she is lovely.

I would need a deposit of 500 euros which will of course be returned if everything is exactly how you found it.
Dates are flexible, if you are staying for a shorter period, we can adjust the price of the total rent.
