Cozy large rooms (20-25m²) in flat (74m² ) with a large sunny balcony (5m²) on the 3rd floor in the most popular area of Berlin. The flat concists of two large rooms, a large kitchen and a small bathroom. The balcony room has one large window, which makes it easy to get fresh air through the flat.
The building is from 1920 and has wooden floors and 3,25m high ceilings with lots of light, feeling spacious and calm.
There are two single beds 90x200cm in one room. with big thick mattresses. They are cleaned regularly . The mattresses can easily be put together for a comfy double bed.
In the other room, there’s a 140cm bed in a quiet room facing the backyard.

Ping pong tables, Cafés, Restos & Bars are downstairs from the building or around the corner. The flat is situated on the most lively neighborhood in Berlin, although on a quiet street just next to the canal.
The flat is situated in Neukölln at the border of Kreuzberg. Around the corner is the trendy and lively Maybachufer, Weserstrasse and Reuterkietz, with lots of bars, cafés and boutique and designer stores. The apartment is on third floor facing the courtyard on one side and a rather quiet street on the other. Next to the apartment you can play ping pong or walk in the cozy alleys next to a small park, a playground and the canal. A 5-10 min ride by bike and you will be at Tempelhofer Feld, Treptower Park, Görlitzer Park, Hasenheide Park, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain or you can take the Bus or U-Bahn 4-8 minutes away from the flat.
The area has an amazing variety of international restaurants: Italian, French, Korean, German, Indian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Bio, Turkish, Greek and Lebanese.
This is a WG shared with me, although I travel a lot for longer periods. I will be away most of March-May.
