I am subletting a beautiful room in our WG. It is spacious and furnished but doesn’t have a bed, the sofa can be turned into a bed though. The rent is including all the costs (wifi, heating, water, and electricity). The apartment is very centrally located with the sbahn/ubahn just a 2 mins walk away, supermarket is barely 5 mins walk away. We are also close to all the nice restaurants and bars and most importantly to tempelhofer feld. 💜
You will share the flat with me (Mari) and my flatmate (Payal). Both of us are working Mon to Fri, so weekdays are usually chill. On weekends we mostly go out with our friends or chill at home. This is not a party WG but you can definitely invite your friends or have a WG party once in a while as long as it is communicated. :) The atmosphere in the WG is pretty chill, we enjoy hanging out and cooking together sometimes. We are looking for someone who is keen on cleanliness and is respectful! Let me know if you are interested! ✌🏽
