Hi everyone!
We're subletting our super bright and furnished room (22m²) in Neukölln (directly at U8 station "Boddinstraße") for 6 weeks.
The appartment has 75m² in total and there's a big kitchen and livingroom, that you can use and that of course has all the essentials you need for a comfy stay:)

Something really cool to mention is, that the flat is located super close to "Tempelhofer Feld", if you like to go for walks, clear your head or do sports! In general the area around Schillerkiez is very vibrating and offers lots of bars, cafés, restaurants and events.  With the U8 and the U7, aswell as busses in front of the door, you're also really well connected in public transport!

You'd share this space with our flatmate Vini, who's a 25 year old engineering-student, and a really relaxed guy to live with. He's very openminded and easy-peasy to talk to, but also needs a lot of time for himself, that you sometimes would not even notice he's there. He speaks german, english and spanish :)

The monthly rent is 600 Euros, which makes it 900 Euros for the entire stay of 6 weeks. If the dates do not exactly work for you, we can of course talk about a few days and find a solution:)
