The room is very spacious with a view to the outside. It has very good light and has a small balcony. The bed in the pictures belongs to my current roommate and he is planning to take it with him. However, we can provide you with a mattress on a pallet bed during your stay. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom is shared.

The apartment is located in a very good area of the Neukölln district. A few blocks away is the Sonnenalle avenue through which several bus lines pass. At about 10 minutes you have access to the subway. Nearby you have easy access to several supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl, Kaufland, Aldi...) and to the Arcade shopping center which has a gym. There are many bars and restaurants in the area. To the east is Maybachufer, a street located along the canal. There you will find several green areas. Very pleasant to go for a walk.

My name is Andrés. I am a 40 year old Colombian guy. I have been living in Berlin for about 2,5 years. I am a graphic designer. I like all kind of creative activities and sharing with friends. My current roommate is moving out of the apartment and while another friend arrives there is a free room for a few months (April-July). So I'm looking for someone who wants to share during this time. Ideally I am looking for someone (pref. men) older than 30, ideally working, responsible and organised who wants to share the daily household duties. You can make use and enjoy all of the areas of the flat. Friends can be invited without problem but it is not a place for parties.
