Dear guests, I rent out my beautiful,quiet 1-and-a-half-room flat in Neukölln for 12 days in November. You´ll have the whole flat for yourself. It is not a shared flat.
DESCRIPTION:
-Availability: 20.11 (Check-In any time) - 01.12.24 (Check-Out 21:00)
-costs: 250€ for 12 days
-Key: I give you the key when you pay (paypal/or cash/or onlinetransfer). When u leave , just leave key on the table.
-Deposit: I dont ask for deposit but a photo of your passport.
- ! there ll be no empty cupboard for clothes, I ll only make a bit space in my own cupboard (sorry)
-you have the whole flat just for yourself
-You can use everything inside the flat
-try to water the plants every Monday
-This studio flat has one living room with couch, open , fully equipped kitchen , coffee: bialetti moka pot
-no dishwasher
-open sleeping room without door, 140 cm Matress on a low bed
-the tiny storage room at the entrance is locked (private)
-No TV
- my own WiFi is incl. = free internet in the flat
-Balcony of the flat: often too hot or too cold/windy/rainy climate on this balcony. But u can see the sun go down, and the stars, beautiful!
-Smoking: balcony only, as I do not smoke.
- bathroom with shower and washing machine
-Windows show to the backyard + noise proof walls: make it a really veeeeery quiet place
-towels, bedsheets, guitar etc are free to use

Its in the calmer area of Neukölln. Very quiet.
For bars etc u have to take the tube and drive two stations ..
If u walk 10 minutes you will also reach bars /cafes in Emser Straße.
