We are looking for a new long-term flatmate for our 9 people shared flat.
The room is available from 01. January 2025. It is furnished with a floor mattress, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. If you’d like, additional shelvings and other items available at a negotiable price.
The room is light and super cozy. On the top floor of the building, with 3 floor-to-ceiling windows lining one side of the room, it get lots of sunlight any time of the day and any day of the year.
The flat enjoys a communal kitchen, 3 bathrooms with 1 bathtub, 3 fridges and a balcony (with access to the roof). The whole flat has under-floor heating. We also share additional storage in the cellar.

The flat is located right next to the S-Bahn station Neukölln.
You will be sharing the flat with 8 lovely people. We are a diverse, open-minded group and are looking for someone with a similar mindset – we want our home to be a safe space and free from discrimination, sexism, and all that. Some of us speak german, but most communication is in english :)
We are all easy-going and relaxed people who like to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the flat – at the same time inviting friends etc. is always appreciated. Most of us are working and everyone has their daily routine, but we often find the time to catch up over a beer, have friends over, cook or party together and have BBQs when the weather is good. We are definitely no "Zweck-WG" but no one is required to participate in any events and we don't have regular meetings etc.
It should be self-evident for you to clean after yourself and be considerate of your flatmates – some rules and a certain level of cleanness are indispensable when living with 9 people.
The rent is 615€ warm/incl. utilities. We currently pay an additional 10-20€ per person per month for our shared amenities (toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, cleaning products, etc.) and GEZ. Deposit will be 3 times the amount of rent.
