I’m subletting my big 23 sqm room for one month. The room has 3m ceilings, renovated windows and hardwood floors. There is a couch area, a working desk area, a piano, and a bed area all within the room, plus an attached large balcony with two chairs to chill in.
The flat is located on Sonnenallee near Geygerstr. Just a few steps away is the M41 bus. This takes you to shortly to Hermannplatz or to Sonnenallee Ringbahn. The U7 Karl Marx Str station is also in walkable distance.
The street is lively, but the flat is on the 4th floor, so the window view is of a calm sky.
There are tons of grocery stores quickly accessible and the canal and parks are just a few streets away.
You would share the flat with two other flatmates. Both flatmates are sweet and kind. We are looking for someone who will fit into the relaxed and chill vibe and not bring the party home.
