We are looking for two individual renters to sublet to.
Rent price is the same.
A)

Flatmate(s):
Henry is 24yo, and he is mastering in International Media Informatics at the HTW Berlin. He likes to cook and is really sweet. He is very calm and works from home sometimes.
The two of us that are subletting our apartments are Flinta People who are studying Game Design at the HTW Berlin. We are friendly too and all that, but you won't be living with us.
Everyday life:
Relaxed, we usually see each other by chance in the kitchen and then chat a bit. We also meet up sometimes to play games or party in Berlin. We don't really do homeparties though.
More importantly, since we are not here, it will be you who create the atmosphere. ;)
Fulfillments and Requirements:
- No smoking except for the balcony
- No pets
- No screaming / parties / blaring music
- Don't be a dick
- No racism, sexism, fascism, right-wing opinions, homophobia or queerphobia
- Be clean. Always leave things as you found them
- Be friendly and respectful
We (22yo) — Lönja and Oska — are moving out (semi-temporarily) and are looking for renters!
- Lönja is going abroad for an internship semester and comes back thereafter. She will sublet room A).
- Oska is moving out for a few months, with a high likelihood of completely leaving the apartment afterward. They will sublet room B). At that point, in case you move in permanently, your contract will require you to rent for a minimum period of two years.
